In Amish country, you won’t drive far without seeing huge, magnificent horses. Even though it was bitterly cold outside, I had to get out of the car and take this photo. It was so cold my fingers felt a little tingly after I got back in. This field actually had quite a few horses that aren’t pictured in this shot who were curious about what I was up to and came to check me out. When I was done, they all kicked up their heels and ran back to the big barn in the background.
