Fall Leaves at Peak in Michigan

, / 1900 0

Fall colors have peaked with autumn leaves at their brilliant best.

Fall colors have peaked, this was taken on the new bike path in Ada on Bailey Drive.

Autumn leaves have turned to the most brilliant colors I have seen in at least 10 years. I’ve heard from reliable sources that the fall foilage is just as spectacular up north and throughout the state. One of my favorite  things about this time of year is the incredible fall colors in Michigan due  to all of the trees we have here. Although I took this HDR photo in Ada on the new bike trail on Bailey, you can travel just about anywhere right now in Michigan and hit the fall color at its peak.

I wanna believe that the soul of America is laying on these colors, Ann. Just a little tar line over all our travelling wonders. Between the last dying leaf and a piece of blue sky… Don’t you try to tell us a secret with your autumn pics ?… Isn’t Michigan the genuine human land, as the heart of all our peaceful hopes ?…

But you surely are, Ann !

Nobody else makes us fly as you do : every pic you take blends reality and dream. Because you always put a touch of painting over the digital pixels. As far as I know you are the only one doing it on that way. That’s why your Michigan seems to be a magical part of America. Not the truth, of course, but a pretty look at your familiar universe. That’s what I think, Mrs Teliczan, and it isn’t a joke !
