Beautiful Orchard Farmland Near Grand Rapids' Northwest Side

Yep, I know, that’s not how you spell Michigan, but there’s a story behind this. When I first moved to Michigan, and my future husband and I were dating, he’d take me out driving to his favorite spots in the country.

The area I took this photo was one of them. It’s farmland on the northwest side of Grand Rapids and is just beautiful. We’d be driving along and he’d dramatically wave his arm across his van’s dashboard in a grand fashion and say, “Meeshigan Ann, MEECHIGAN!”

  1. Another marvellous shot between the earth and the sky ! Sweet colors marry undulations of lines. This is a nice place to dream. Or to fall in love… with nature. And future husband. So clouds witness this beauty. How lucky they are over your romantic orchard farmland…
